At Caterfix we have our own inhouse Service Department with our own Safe Gas approved and FGas refrigeration approved engineers.

All our engineers are DBS approved and very experienced in all aspects of commercial catering equipment. From refrigeration to coffee machines, microwaves to large gas appliance like combination ovens. We offer a gas interlock service and gas safety inspections and certificates.

We offer the following service: –

• Service contracts and annual PPM visits
• Canopy cleaning facility
• 24/7 coverage and service hotline
• Standard and out of hours service options
• We endeavour to attend all call out on the same day (maximum 24 hour response time)
